Things have changed greatly lately.
My suggestion for the new waiting room is that chairs are spaced enough apart so people needing to proceed to a Dr room, do not have to ask others to move. Also the waiting area not to be near a main door which opens and closes all the time.

Regarding yor suggestion above, I can confirm that as per the floor plans for the new layout in the practice, there will be ample space on both floors for seating in the new waiting areas. Sometimes you have to wait for an appointment 2 weeks. I think it is too long.

It's good to come in before 11am to be seen the same day by the GP
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, this is why I am wih this GP.
And all my family and friends I made them join to this GP.
Thank you and don't stop walk in before 11am.
